About this Recipe

A Chipotle Club Sandwich is a delicious treat that has the added goodness of veggies with new Dempster’s® Garden Vegetable Bread. 

Ingredients

2 Pieces of leaf lettuce
4 Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
4 Slices DEMPSTER’S® Garden Vegetable Bread, toasted
2 Slices Cheddar cheese
1 Tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced
4 Slices Maple Leaf® Reduced Salt Bacon, cooked
3 tbsp (45 mL) Mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) Adobo sauce

Directions

ARRANGE lettuce and turkey over 2 slices of bread. Top with cheese, tomato, avocado and bacon.

MIX together mayonnaise and adobo sauce, spread over remaining bread slices and place on top of bacon to make sandwiches.

Notes

Tip:
Replace Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast with leftover roasted chicken or turkey.
