|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Apricot jam|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Apple juice|
|1||Chipotle pepper, seeded and chopped|
|2 tsp||(10 mL) Fresh grated ginger|
|1||Schneiders® Country Naturals® Smoked Ham|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
COMBINE apricot jam, apple juice, chipotle pepper and ginger in a small bowl.
PLACE ham in a shallow baking dish. Add ½ cup (125 mL) water and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, uncover and liberally brush with glaze. Return to the oven uncovered and continue to bake for 30 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold with extra glaze on the side.
