Ready in 30 minutes…this sweet and spicy Chinese stir-fry is easy and delicious.


2 tsp (10 mL) Sesame oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) Freshly grated ginger
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp (45 mL) Hoisin sauce
3 tbsp (45 mL) Rice vinegar
3 tbsp (45 mL) Soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) Hot chili garlic sauce
2 tsp (10 mL) Vegetable oil
1 Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Thin Slice Chicken Breast, cut in strips
1 Red pepper, sliced
1 Yellow pepper, sliced
1 Small zucchini, sliced
4 Green onions, sliced


WHISK together sesame oil, ginger, garlic, hoisin, rice vinegar, soy and chili garlic sauce. Set aside.

HEAT vegetable oil in a large skillet or work over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

ADD vegetables, except green onions, to the same pan. Stir-fry 4-5 minutes. Add chicken and pour in reserved sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add green onions.


Serve over Chinese noodles.
