Add flavour to your chicken with this bold mix of fresh herbs.


4 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup (60 mL) Chopped cilantro
1/4 cup (60 mL) Chopped parsley
1/4 cup (60 mL) Chopped mixed fresh herbs (chives/thyme/oregano)
4 Cloves garlic
2 tbsp (30 mL) Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil


SEASON chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside.

COMBINE cilantro, parsley, herbs, garlic and vinegar in a small bowl.

HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken 4-5 minutes on one side, turn over. Divide herb paste over chicken breasts and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 165˚F (74˚C).
