Easy and delicious. Add dash of cinnamon, clove and salt and pepper to taste.


2 lb ground beef
1 can large tomatoes with the liquid
1 can large kidney beans
1 garlic clove chopped
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp oregano
.25 tsp salt
.25 tsp pepper


Brown Hamburger meat. Drain, set aside.Cut up onion and garlic and brown them together. Then add hamburger to it. Add the rest of ingredients (except kidney beans) and simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Drain kidney beans and add to chilli. Cover and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.
