Ingredients

4 Maple Leaf
Prime Chicken Scaloppini Fold with roasted red pepper
goat cheese and basil
1 Red pepper
1/2 Pkg Egg Noodles
2 cups Chili Sauce
1 Green pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1 Onion

Directions

Preheat oven and follow package instructions to bake the Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Scaloppini Fold with roasted red pepper, goat cheese and basil.

Chop and saute the peppers and onion. Add prepared Chili Sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook egg noodles, drain and add chili sauce mixture.

Garnish with cucumber, green onions or other vegetables in season, and serve.
