This colourful dish is a hit with the kids.
|1||Maple Leaf Prime chicken breast|
|1/2 cup||mixed greens|
|1||whole wheat tortilla|
|1/2||bell pepper sliced|
|2 cups||chick peas|
|1/4 cup||olive oil|
|4||tablespoons red wine vinegar|
|1 tbsp||fresh parsley chopped|
|1||handful of spinach|
|1||cube feta cheese|
|1/2||an orange sliced|
|1||homemade peanut butter cookie with white chocolate and dark chocolate chips|
|1/2 cup||mixed berry juice|
Grill Maple Leaf Prime chicken breast in pan on stove on medium with 2 teaspoons cooking oil for 10 minutes until no longer pink. Add to tortilla, and add tomatoes, greens, pepper and mayo. Fold and cut in half.
In a medium bowl, toss together the chickpeas, the tuna, red onion, olive oil, vinegar, chopped parsley and ground black pepper. Garnish with sliced apples and spinach leaves.
