All the taste of chicken wings from the pub in a grilled sandwich!
Very hearty.


1 chicken breast
small carrot
half a stalk of celery
1 scallion
bbq sauce
blue cheese dressing
olive oil
2 slices of bread
salt and pepper


Cut chicken into strips. Marinate in bbq sauce.
Fry chicken on medium high heat until cooked. Set aside.

Grate carrot and celery. Chop scallion finally. Mix in a bowl with a dash of olive oil and sprinkle of salt. Set aside.

Preheat grill.

Get 2 pieces of bread. On one side lay the chicken to cover the bread, drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the chicken. Add the grated carrot and celery mixture on top. Assemble sandwich.

Brush bread with olive oil.
Place on grill and cook for 10 minutes.

Great with a cold beer!
