This sandwich has a nice crunch when you bite into it from the grilled crust of the bread.
|2||small cooked chicken breasts, sliced|
|2||round whole wheat buns|
|4||thick slices of provolone cheese|
|4||thin slices of tomato|
Spread 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise on a bun. Place one slice of cheese on bottom of bun, followed by tomato and one sliced chicken breast. Top with another slice of cheese. Place the top bun to make a sandwich. Repeat for the other bun. Place sandwiches in a hot panini press, close the lid, and grill for about 5 minutes or until the bread has formed a golden brown and the cheese has melted. Slice in half and serve.
