Maple Leaf Prime® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts marinated in a fragrant tandoori paste and simmered with Olivieri® Butter Chicken Sauce, fresh tomatoes and Greek yogurt. Serve on a bed of basmati rice.
|2||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Tandoori paste|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Vegetable oil|
|1||(200 mL) Package Olivieri® Butter Chicken Sauce|
|2/3 cup||(150 mL) Diced tomatoes|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Greek style plain yogurt|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Fresh cilantro, finely chopped|
TOSS chicken in Tandoori paste and marinade for 10 minutes.
HEAT oil in large fry pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 6 minutes.
ADD butter chicken sauce, tomatoes and yogurt, increase heat to medium-high and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced slightly and internal temperature of the chicken has reached a minimum of 170ºF (77ºC).
SERVE garnished with chopped cilantro. Serving Suggestion - Serve over rice
