|1||(5.5 oz/156 g) can Maple Leaf® Flakes of Chicken (drained and flaked)|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) chili powder|
|.5 tsp||(2 mL) cumin|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) chunky salsa|
|6||Dempster's® Small Plain Tortillas (7 inch/17.5 cm) or corn taco shells|
|Garnishes grated cheddar cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, salsa, shredded lettuce, sour cre|
HEAT oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
ADD chicken, chili powder and cumin and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salsa and stir to heat through.
DIVIDE mixture evenly between 6 tortillas and serve with your favourite garnishes.
