Fresh colourful vegetables wrapped up with crispy strips of chicken and creamy avocado. Top it off with a drizzle of sweet dressing and serve with spicy salsa.
|2||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Frozen Chicken Strips|
|1/2||Small red or yellow pepper, cut into thin strips|
|1/4||Small red onion, thinly sliced|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Grated cheddar cheese|
|1/2||Small avocado, cut into slices|
|5||Cherry tomatoes. Quartered|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Russian or Catalina dressing|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C)
ARRANGE chicken strips on a baking sheet and cook as per package directions. Slice each chicken strip in half lengthwise.
PLACE vegetables, cheese and chicken strips in the center of the tortilla. Drizzle with dressing. Roll tortilla to fold fillings inside. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Serve with Salsa and Nacho chips on the side.
