Spicy chicken with crispy lettuce and vegetables. Drizzle with sweet salad dressing and wrap for a delicious lunch or dinner!
|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Fully Cooked Chicken Strips|
|1||(30 g) Package hot taco seasoning mix|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Water|
|4||Casa Mendosa™ Large Whole Wheat Flax Tortillas|
|3 cups||(750 mL) Shredded green leaf lettuce|
|1 1/2 cups||(375 mL) Quartered grape tomatoes|
|1||Yellow pepper, chopped|
|1/2||Small red onion, thinly sliced|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Grated Cheddar cheese|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Russian or Catalina salad dressing|
HEAT a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and taco seasoning mix. Add water and cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes or until chicken is evenly coated with seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.
ASSEMBLE wraps by arranging tortillas on a clean work surface. Divide lettuce, chicken strips, tomatoes, peppers, onions and cheese between each. Drizzle with salad dressing and roll the wrap. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
