This is the best way to eat your leftover rice by making a garlic fried rice with green peas topped with a tasty, Chicken Smoked Sausage.

Ingredients

1/2 Pkg Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages-JMS Chicken Smoked Sausage MILD ITALIAN
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
1 cup cooked Rice
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup green peas
Salt
Pepper

Directions

Peel off the sausages and cut and shape into small round, forming like meatballs. You can use a teaspoon to measure so it will be all same size. Set aside.

Crack the egg in the medium bowl, whisk the eggs and add the sausages. In a separate bowl, put the flour and dip one by one the sausage from the egg mixture.

In a frying pan, put one tbsp. of oil and when hot add the sausage one by one. Cooked for 5 minutes each side until golden brown.

Using the same pan that you use for sausage. Add the cooked rice, garlic salt, parsley green peas. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Very easy, recipe that will make you full for the day to carry on your work load. Tasty sausage with garlic fried rice, so yummy.
