I made this Dish on a Hot Summer day ! It was my first time using a BBQ , my husband was at work so i wanted to surprise him and thankfully it was a success :)


1 lb Chicken Breast
1 Onions
1 Green pepper
5 mushrooms
3 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp All purpose Seasoning
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 limes
8 skewers


First i cut the chicken into little cubes , I soaked them in water with 2 of the limes, for about 5-10 mins. I scrubbed the chicken with the inside of the limes just to clean it off very well.

Next i cut up the vegetables into cubes as well and set them aside.

Now i just seasoned the meat with the rest of the ingredients and squeezed some lime juice on top when everything was mixed well.

after all of that is completed you just built your shish kabob how you please.

Now for the last Step, bbq it for about 6-9 mins on both sides or how ever you like your meat :)


For best results its always great to season your meat over night !
