This beautiful Atlantic Canadian style boil will bring everyone to the table!
|1/2 cup||old bay seasoning|
|1||large onion, quartered|
|2 lbs||assorted baby potatoes|
|4||ears corn, halved|
|1 Pkg||Schneiders Mild Italian Chicken Sausages, halved|
|1 cup||butter, melted|
Bring seasoning, lemons, water, onion, and garlic to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook until fork tender, about 10 minutes.
Add corn, shrimp, mussels, lobster and sausage. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon remove ingredients and place on a news paper lined table. Serve with melted butter.
Try using your favourite beer in the broth! Just omit the amount of water and replace with beer.
