Great sandwich! Delicious hummus with your choice of chips. Fruit and a pepperette, complete!


1 Whole wheat dinner roll
2 slices Schneiders® Country Naturals® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
1 tsp (5 mL) Mustard
1 tbsp (15 mL) Grated cheese
1 Small lettuce leaf
1 Cherry tomato
10 Pita or pretzel chips
1 Schneiders® Country Naturals® Pepperette
1/2 cup (125 mL) Assorted fruit
1 cup (250 mL) Apple juice


ASSEMBLE sandwich by layering chicken, mustard, cheese and a lettuce leaf on the whole wheat roll.

SKEWER cherry tomato onto the sandwich to hold it together. Wrap in plastic wrap and pack into a lunch box. Spoon hummus into small container with a lid. Place chips into a muffin liner cup and pack along with hummus. Toss in some assorted fruit, the pepperette and apple juice.
