Delicious sandwich to make with leftover chicken or turkey. Diced apples and green onions gives it a nice crunchiness. A family favorite!
|4||slices Dempster's Healthy Way Double my Fibre bread|
|2 cups||chicken or turkey, diced|
|2||green onions, diced|
|salt and pepper to taste|
1- In a medium bowl combine chicken, apple, green onions and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2- Divide the chicken on two slices of bread. Add lettuce. Cover with another piece of bread and serve.
