|6||Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Uncured Baked Ham|
|1 tbsp||Prepared horseradish|
|6||Slices Swiss cheese|
|1/2 cup||Dry bread crumbs|
|2 tbsp||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|2 tbsp||Finely chopped parsley|
|1/2 cup||Butter, melted|
PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C).
POUND chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper to an even thickness. Spread each with ½ tsp (2 mL) of prepared horseradish. Top with a slice of ham, a slice of cheese and a sprinkling of chopped tomato. Tuck in the ends and roll tightly, jellyroll fashion.
COMBINE breadcrumbs with sage, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Dip chicken in melted butter then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking pan seam side down. Bake for 40 minutes uncovered or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
