Fresh and lean ingredients are key to this healthy sandwich.
|1||Whole grain English muffin|
|2 tsp||light margarine|
|4||slivers of avocado|
|5||thinly sliced English cucumber|
|2||slices of lean chicken luncheon meat|
1. Spread 1 tsp. of margarine on each half of English muffin. Wash and slice vegetables.
2. Place avocado slices on one half of muffin, and place cucumber on the other half.
3. Roll chicken slices and place on top of cucumber. Serve open face.
