1 Dempster's® Tortillas
1/2 cup precooked chicken breast, chopped small
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped small
1/4 cup onion, chopped small
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cilantro
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp sour cream


Combine all the ingredients (except the Dempster's® Tortilla, and sour cream) into a small bowl and mix together. Spread the entire mixture onto half of the Dempster's® Tortilla, fold over and press down a bit. On medium heat, in a large flat bottom frying pan, melt butter. Once butter is melted, take a brush and spread some of the butter onto the top half of the Dempster's® Tortilla. Place the Chicken Quesadilla onto the frying pan (un-buttered side down) and pan fry until it is golden brown. Use a flat spatula, flip over and do the same thing, until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately, cutting into 3 wedges. Serve with sour cream.
