This Canadian Italian delight is both easy and tasty for your family or friends.


1 Pkg Maple leaf Ground Chicken
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 can fat free condensed milk
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp basil pesto
1 Pkg fettuccine


Start water to boil pasta. Cook chicken, garlic in fry pan on medium heat breaking the chicken into bite sized pieces. Once chicken is cooked add flour and cook for a few minutes. then add wine and cook another few minutes. Add pasta to boiling water.

As sauce thickens add the milk and let simmer and reduce. Last few minutes add the pesto and incorporate. Add finished pasta to the sauce and serve.


Top it with your favorite cheese or some fresh basil.
