Delicious pasta salad is a nice change for lunch. You might want to make a bit extra for your own lunch!
|1/3 cup||can Maple Leaf® Chunks of Chicken|
|1/2 cup||125 mL) Cooked spiral pasta|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Cooked peas|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Diced red pepper|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Creamy 3 Cheese ranch dressing|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Seedless red grapes|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Fruit flavoured yogurt|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Cran-raspberry juice|
MIX together chicken, pasta, peas, red pepper and ranch dressing in a small bowl. Transfer to a small lunch container.
PEEL and segment clementine and place in another container. Combine yogurt and raspberries in yet another container.
PLACE all the items in a lunch box along with a granola bar and a travel cup of juice. Pop in a small spoon and fork for a complete lunch.
