About this Recipe

Delicious pasta salad is a nice change for lunch. You might want to make a bit extra for your own lunch!

Ingredients

1/3 cup can Maple Leaf® Chunks of Chicken
1/2 cup 125 mL) Cooked spiral pasta
3 tbsp (45 mL) Cooked peas
1 tbsp (15 mL) Diced red pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) Creamy 3 Cheese ranch dressing
1 Clementine
1/3 cup (80 mL) Seedless red grapes
1 Granola bar
1/3 cup (80 mL) Fruit flavoured yogurt
4-5 Raspberries
1 cup (250 mL) Cran-raspberry juice

Directions

MIX together chicken, pasta, peas, red pepper and ranch dressing in a small bowl. Transfer to a small lunch container.

PEEL and segment clementine and place in another container. Combine yogurt and raspberries in yet another container.

PLACE all the items in a lunch box along with a granola bar and a travel cup of juice. Pop in a small spoon and fork for a complete lunch.
