1 bunch asparagas
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 chicken breats
2 green peppers
1 cup flour
1 cup parmasean cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 cup bread crumbs


Pound the chicken breasts until they are 1/4 inch thick. combine the flour and salt, .Coat the chicken breasts on both sides first with the flour mixture, then dip both sides into the egg mixture and then press both sides into the bread crumb mixture.Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Cook 2 or 3 chicken breasts for 1 to 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through.Add more butter and the remaining breasts. Roast peppers and asparagas on grill until tender. Add veggies and chicken together and serve.
