Nice and crunchy! Can leave veggies raw if you prefer as well.
|1/2 cup||Shredded precooked Chicken|
|1/4 cup||sliced green pepper|
|1||white mushroom, sliced|
|salt and pepper|
|2||slices of white bread|
Preheat grill to medium high and place chicken, sliced green peppers, and mushroom on it for 4-5 mins until reheated and browned, season with salt and pepper, While browning, spread mayo on bread, and top with chicken and veggies once they are done. place other slice of bread on it and grill sandwich in grill for 3-5 mins until bread is browned and crunchy. Enjoy!
