Children love to have their individual pot pies.

Ingredients

1 lb MAPLE LEAF PRIME NATURALLY® BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
12 Premade Tart Shells
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
1 tsp Black pepper and salt
1/4 tsp Ground thyme

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a medium size nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Add onion and chicken broth and heat to simmering. Add frozen vegetables, salt and pepper. Heat until hot, stirring occasionally until almost all liquid is absorbed. Cool 5 minutes.

Place tart shells on a baking sheet. Fill each about 2/3 full of the chicken mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken mixture is hot and bubbly.
