Chicken Lasanga


1 box of lasagna noodles, cooked as per package
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped up
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces
2 cups of shredded mozzerlla
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup jalapenos, chopped
1 can pasta sauce
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Layer cooked lasagna noodles in a 9x9 baking dish, with a bit of pasta sauce on the bottom. Add some of the chicken, green peppers, jalapenos, olives, mushrooms and the 2 cheeses, then some of the salsa, and pasta sauce. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese, and repeat all layers until the pan is full or until you run out of ingredients. The last layer should be some of the sauce and cheeses on top. Cook covered with tin foil for 45 minutes, removing tin foil in last 10 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
