|1/3 cup||Minced onion|
|3 tbsp||Bread crumbs|
|2 tsp||Garam Masala|
|1 tsp||Minced ginger|
|1 tsp||Minced garlic|
|Chopped fresh cilantro|

GENTLY mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl using your hands. Divide into six portions and shape into a cylindrical, sausage shape. Thread the meat onto skewers. Arrange of a lightly greased baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
PREHEAT the BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Grill the Kofta kebabs for 15-17 minutes turning occasionally. The chicken is cooked through when the kebabs are evenly char-grilled and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
SERVE with warm naan bread as a wrap with veggies or with basmati rice and chutney.
