Red and green peppers sautéed and drizzled with Ranch dressing add a colourful, flavourful kick to this crunchy chicken wrap. Your kids will love playing with their food. Send lots of napkins cuz this one is messy!
|1||Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Strip baked to pkg directions|
|1/4||each of red and green peppers sliced|
|1/2||small onion chopped|
|1 tbsp||ranch dressing or your childs favourite|
|1||cookie low in sugar|
|1||small bunch of grapes or your childs fave fruit|
In a preheated small skillet add the oil and sauté the peppers for 3-5 min until softened.
Slice the cooked chicken.
Toss chicken and peppers with the dressing.
Fill the tortilla roll and wrap tightly
*my pink wrap is tomato but you can purchase what ever type you prefer*
