About this Recipe

This simple but tasty dish will keep your guests wanting more.

8 Dempster's Whole Wheat Tortillas
3 Chicken Breasts
1 Jar Green Mexican Salsa
2 cups Grated Habenaro Cheese or any shredded cheese
1 Green Scallion chopped finely
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Marinate the chicken breasts with a 1/4 cup of the green salsa, salt and garlic powder.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and cook chicken until done. Once cool shred the chicken and set aside.

To Assemble

Preheat oven to 180 deg.

In a oven proof glass dish add a 1/4 cup of the green salsa at the bottom. You could add more or less as the sauce is spicy.

Take one tortilla, add some chicken and cheese. Roll tightly and put it seam side down in the dish. Continue with all the 8 tortillas.

Pour some more green salsa if you want. I added another 1/2 cup all over the tortilla's. Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is nice and brown.

Garnish with the green scallions.

Serve hot!
