About this Recipe

This sandwich was created to encourage my children to eat healthy protein packed lunches without using high sodium deli meats with added preservatives etc. The fully prepared chicken by Maple Leaf is totally easy to use, hassle free and totally tasty! A winner in my book!

Ingredients

1/4 cup Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olives
1/3 cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp  Lemon Spice Seasoning
1 cup Maple Leaf Prime Naturally fully cooked oven roasted chicken breast strips
Cup Multigrain Tortilla Chips
Leaves of Curly Lettuce
2 Mini
2 Regular

Directions

HOW TO PREPARE

Whisk together mayonnaise and lemon spice seasoning.
Stir together diced chicken breast strips, mayonnaise, roasted red bell peppers, crushed tortilla chips, and olives.
To assemble crabwiches fill croissants with chicken mixture and lettuce. Add toothpick eyes (googly eyes glued to toothpicks). Serve to children who will devour crabby delights with pleasure : )
