About this Recipe

A hearty corn soup.

Ingredients

2 cubes of Knorr chicken bouillon
5 cups water
3 stalks of celery
1 carrot cubed
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 can of corn
3 eggs
1 cup shrimp
1 cup chicken
salt
ground pepper
chopped parsley

Directions

Bring water to boil. Add bouillon cubes, carrots, corn and chicken. Let boil for 2 minutes, then Add shrimp and celery. When shrimp is cooked, add cornstarch to thicken, followed by eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
