A classic Club Sandwich that's just right for breakfast.


1 English Muffin
2 pieces of precooked ready crisp bacon
1 iceburg lettuce leaf folded to fit muffin
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 slice of processed cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices of deli chicken meat


1. Toast English muffin. Spread 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise on each half. Cut bacon strips into two so you have 4 strips.
2. Prepare the veggies to have on hand. Microwave bacon between two sheets of paper towel on high for 5-8 seconds to warm and crisp up.
3. To assemble sandwich, place chicken on top of the bottom half of muffin. Then, place cheese, tomato, lettuce and bacon on top. Place the top half of muffin and enjoy!
