About this Recipe

A nice one pot meal with lots of veggies and chicken.

Ingredients

1 Pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Pkg Chowmein noodles
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 head of sliced cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1/4 cup soya sauce

Directions

Cut chicken in small pieces, cook in oil until done. Remove from pan, chop all veggies, give them a quick saute. In a mixing cup, mix chicken broth, spices , sherry and soya sauce, add to veggies, add chicken to veggies, add noodles to veggies and mix. Cover and simmer for about 10 mins.
