Cheesy, garlicky, warm and melted Caesar pizzas with chicken strips and crisp fresh romaine lettuce on top.
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Ready prepared light Caesar salad dressing|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Shredded light Mozzarella cheese, divided|
|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf® Prime® Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breast Strips, roughly chopped|
|1||(85 g) Package Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Bacon Pieces|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Shredded romaine lettuce|
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
LINE two baking trays with parchment paper. Place two tortillas on each. Spread each tortilla with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of salad dressing leaving a ½” (1 cm) border. Divide the cheese equally between each tortilla, sprinkling evenly over the salad dressing. Arrange chicken strips on top, followed by bacon bits and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until tortillas are crisp and the cheese is melting.
SCATTER romaine lettuce over each pizza and serve immediately.
Drizzle with additional Caesar dressing if desired.
