|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Olive oil|
|1 lb||(454 g) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Ground Chicken|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Minced garlic|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Lemon juice|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Worchestershire sauce|
|1 ¼ cup||(300 mL) Prepared Caesar salad dressing, divided|
|Salt and pepper|
|4 cups||(1 L) Shredded Romaine lettuce|
|10||Hard shell tacos|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Bacon bits|
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken breaking apart with the back of a wooden spoon for 8-10 minutes. Add garlic, lemon juice, and Worchestershire sauce. Stir in ¼ cup (60 mL) of salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
ASSEMBLE tacos by filling each shell with shredded lettuce, meat mixture, grated cheese, bacon bits and a drizzle of salad dressing.
