A tasty burger for chicken lovers.
|500 g||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Extra Lean Ground Chicken|
|1/4 cup||minced onion|
|3 tbsp||green cucumber relish|
|1/3 tsp||garlic powder|
|fresh ground pepper|
|4||thin slices of onion|
Mix chicken and onion in a bowl. Divide into 4 patties and grill for about 8 minutes in a press, or appropriate time on your barbeque.
In another bowl mix mayo, ketchup, relish and garlic powder. Split and lightly toast on the press or grill. Spread with a tbsp special sauce mix on each half. Add chicken pattie, tomato and onion slices.
