Make these chicken burgers on the BBQ for a moist, smoky, wood-fire flavour!
|4||Maple Leaf Prime Naturally Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|

|30 ml||olive oil|
|30 ml||fresh lemon juice|
|10 ml||La Grille Smouldering Smoke Applewood|
|2.5 ml||dried oregano|
|red onions, optional|
1- In a large container mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and Smouldering Smoke Applewood. Add the chicken. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
2- Preheat the grill at 375F. Cook the chicken until it has reached a safe internal temperature. Remove the chicken from the grill and place on a plate. Cover with aluminium foil until ready to serve.
3- Place the buns on the grill and cook 1-2 minutes per side.
4- Serve with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions, if you wish.
