1 Pkg | Package (8 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs |

1 cup | (250 mL) Dark beer or non-alcoholic beer |

HEAT oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low. Add onions and garlic and sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add seasonings and chicken. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Sprinkle in flour and stir until flour is incorporated. Slowly add beer, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer and cook, covered for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Season with salt and serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
