This might look like a traditional Cheeseball but with the addition of chicken and ranch dressing makes this the perfect dish to dig into!
|1 cup||(250 g) Package cream cheese, room temperature|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Finely grated Cheddar cheese|
|3||Green onions, minced and divided|
|1 Pkg||(28 g) ranch style dressing and dip mix|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Finely chopped Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Strips, chopped|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Finely chopped cooked bacon (about 375 g, cooked)|
|Assorted crackers for serving|
MASH cream cheese, Cheddar, half the green onion and ranch mix in a medium bowl. Fold in chicken pieces with a spatula to combine. Form the mixture into a ball.
TOSS bacon bits with remaining green onion in a large bowl then roll the ball in the mixture to coat.
SERVE with your favourite crackers.
