This recipe can be adjusted for one person or up to 5+. It is a meal in itself. The Chicken I use is fresh chicken breast which is baked then cubed or for a quick wrap,use the pre-cooked prime chicken strips found in most grocery chains.
|1.5 cup||Cubed Chicken Breast|
|1 bunch||Romaine Lettuce (washed and dried)|
|1/2 cup||Seasoned Caesar Croutons|
|1/4 cup||Maple Leaf Natural Selection Bacon Pieces|
|1/4 cup||Parmesan Cheese|
|1/2 Pkg||Dempsters Tortilla Wraps|
|1/2 cup||Caesar Salad Dressing|
Gather all ingredients. First, Tear wash and dried romaine lettuce into pieces. Add caesar salad dressing. Stir until lettuce is coated. Add more if needed, according to taste. Stir in cubed chicken, croutons and bacon pieces until all ingredients are thoroughly coated. Warm Dempster's tortilla shells in microwave for approx 15 seconds each. Remove from microwave, careful it may be hot.
Pour in Chicken Caesar Salad onto wrap and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, carefully wrap and to hold wrap sealed use a toothpick. Enjoy, extremely messy :)
Recipe can be adjusted to personal taste. When I bake chicken I always put extra in the oven to use for another day, especially to make these wraps. Your family is going to love this!
