The earthy flavours of shiitake mushrooms naturally complement chicken. Imagine it with pizza and you are in for a treat! A favourite school lunch meal too.
|½ Pkg||Maple Leaf Naturally Fully Cooked and Sliced Chicken Breasts (150g)|
|1||regular size pita bread|
|3 tsp||tomato sauce|
|½ cup||shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1 tsp||olive oil|
|½ tsp||soya sauce|
Remove stems from mushrooms and slice. Add olive oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and soya sauce and sauté until tender. About 4 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pita bread on a baking sheet and spread tomato sauce, add chicken breast and mushrooms and top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
