About this Recipe

Make yourself a healthy lunch with this slices of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts combined with a Black Olive Tapenade and Feta Cheese.

Ingredients

4 Slices of Dempster’s® Healthy Way® bread say no to fat and sugar! or double my fibre!
2 tbsp (30mL) Black olive tapenade
2 tbsp (30mL) Diced Feta Cheese
1 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cook and sliced
8 Tomato slices
4 Leafs of iceberg lettuce
8 Basil leaves
Salt to taste

Directions

SPREAD olive tapenade on two slices of Dempsters bread (Say Yes to less fat and sugar).

TOP the two slices with an equal amount of Feta cheese, sliced chicken and tomato slices, lightly season tomato with salt.

TOP tomato with lettuce, basil and remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
