|1 Pkg||(6 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Soy sauce|
|2/3 cup||(150 mL) Vinegar|
|1/2-1 tsp||(2-5 mL) Pepper|
PLACE all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender and the internal temperature of chicken reaches 185°F (85°C).
REMOVE chicken and place on a baking tray under broiler until crisp. Serve immediately.
Serve with rice pilaf.
