About this Recipe

This Panini sandwich tastes so much better than a regular sandwich, because the bread is crispy when you bite into it.

1 D'Italiano 100% Whole Wheat Crustini Bun
1/3 cup cooked chicken breast meat, sliced or in chunks
2 slices of provolone cheese
2 thinly sliced tomato

Place one slice of provolone cheese on bottom half of bun. Place tomato slices, chicken and the second slice of cheese. Top with the other half of bun. In a preheated panini maker, place the sandwich on the hot grill and close the lid. Grill for about 4 - 5 minutes until the bread has grill marks and the cheese has melted. Enjoy!

Easy and delicious to make with this bun that can withstand the pressing of a panini maker.
