Meet my friend STEW, his chicken thighs and sausage in delicious gravy will have your mouth watering.
|2 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|3||Stalks Celery, chopped|
|1/4 tsp||Seasoning Salt|
|1/4 tsp||cracked Pepper|
|1||Red Pepper Sliced|
|1 Pkg||J.M.Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausage MILD ITALIAN, sliced|
|1 cup||Orzo (dry)|
In a large sauce pan warm 2 tbsp of olive oil, sauté chopped onions and celery until tender (about 2 minutes).
Push the vegetables to the edges of sauce pan, place in chicken thighs, season with seasoning salt and pepper; brown for 2 minutes on each side.
Add flour, water, bay leafs, red pepper and Chicken Smoked Sausage to sauce pan; simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with cooked orzo.
