Ingredients

1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/3 cup quick cook oats
1 cup water
1 banana

Directions

Mix chia seeds, oats and water. Stir and let sit for a minute or so. Microwave for 90 seconds while you chop up banana. Add banana and microwave another 30 seconds. Stir and eat while hot.
