Cheryl's Creamy Grilled Caesar Salad

This recipe tastes so rich & creamy, it's the only way my husband & I will have Caesar Salad now!

Ingredients

3 Romaine Heart husks
8 slices of bacon cooked, crumbled
1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese - shredded
2 Green Zabulia (Onions!) finely chopped
1/2 cups Caesar Salad Dressing

Directions

Heat BBQ to medium heat. Take each head of Romaine lettuce & lightly brush with EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) to cover the outside body of the lettuce. Season with salt & pepper. Place each head of lettuce on the BBQ & cook for a couple of minutes, turning before the leaves turn too wilty & chard. Grill until all sides of the lettuce is cooked. Remove Romaine & cool for a few minutes. Cut Romaine into bite size pieces & put in large bowl. Add the bacon, cheese, zabulia & salad dressing & toss to coat. I usually BBQ a couple of chicken breasts to slice up & add to the salad. Enjoy!
