Perfect Healthy Chicken Sandwich and oh so tasty !!!
|2||Maple Leaf Prime Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|1 Pkg||Italian Shake 'n Bake|
|1||pint of Cherry Tomato's|
|1||med onion chopped|
|2||slices of lemon juice squeezed|
|1/2 tsp||Gourmet Garden Italian Herb Paste|
|1/2 tsp||Gourmet Garden Cilantro Paste|
|1||clove of garlic chopped|
|3/4 cup||fresh mushroom sliced|
|1 cup||Grated Fresh Parmesan|
|1||cup freah spinach to top on|
Tomato Sauce .....
Puree 1/2 of cherry tomato pint , slice the remainder of cherry tomato and simmer in small pot with , chopped med onion, chopped garlic, Gourmet Italian herb and cilantro paste , lemon juice and sliced mushrooms.....Simmer on for 20 minutes
Carefully fillet 2 Chicken Breasts to make 4 servings
Beat one egg and dip Chicken Breasts into egg mixture and coat in Italian Herb Shake'n Bake
Cook in greased frying pan till lightly golden brown
Top with Cherry Tomato Sauce and then put Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese and top with Spinach on Villagio Bun
This is a very healthy perfect supper or lunch .....The Cherry tomato's I usually get from my garden but if you don't have a garden the ones at the grocery store are just as perfect !
