|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf® Canadian CraftTM Ontario Inspired Cherry Wood Smoked Ham Sliced Meat|
|1 Pkg||premade Crepes|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) olive oil|
|2 cups||(500 mL) spinach|
|1 cup||(250 mL) oka cheese, grated|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) cherry jam|
In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat add the olive oil and spinach.
Cook for 3 minutes or until wilted.
Season the spinach with salt and pepper and remove from the heat and drain off excess liquid.
Lay the premade crepe flat and evenly distribute the sliced ham, spinach, cheese and roll the crepes up.
Place the crepes on a platter and serve with cherry preserve.
